Do you read what I write?
No. Your words never leave your device. We couldn’t read them if we wanted to.
Is the lightning real?
In the real-flash ritual, yes: your words are paired with a real lightning flash detected by NOAA’s GOES-19 weather satellite minutes before. The storm you watch is an illustration of that flash, not a video.
Where does the data come from?
NOAA’s Geostationary Lightning Mapper, which watches the Americas and nearby oceans from orbit.
Will this fix how I feel?
No ritual can promise that. It’s a way to mark a decision.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes. The person you give it to decides when to use it, and you’ll never see what they write.
