Refund policy

When we refund in full

• Your ritual could not be paired with a lightning flash.
• Your keepsake page or files never arrived, or arrived broken.
• You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not choose.
• You changed your mind before running the ritual. Nothing has been used, so a refund within 14 days of purchase is yours for the asking.
• A gift that has not been claimed, within 14 days of purchase.

After the ritual has run

Once you hold to let go, a real flash is assigned to your ritual and can never be used again, and your keepsake is made from it. At that point the purchase has been delivered, so we do not promise a refund. If something still felt wrong, write to us anyway. We read every message and often refund all the same.

How to ask

Email struckritual@gmail.com within 30 days of the purchase, with the email address you paid with or your keepsake link. We answer within a few days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and banks usually show them within five to ten business days. Please write to us before asking your bank to reverse a charge; it is faster for you and kinder to a small project.

The free ritual

The illustrated storm is free, so there is nothing to refund.
